• How did you come across BookEventZ.com?

I was browsing through internet while searching for a venue which I could book instantly.I came across Bookeventz.com and contacted Arun (Bookeventz co-ordinator) to get things done ASAP as I was in a rush with merely 2-3 days in my hand.

 

• Did you have any specific venue in your mind for Pre-Diwali party?

I had banquets like Acres and Gymkhana in my mind because something like Golf Club wouldn’t fit my budget.

• How did Bookeventz help you in organizing your party?

As soon as I got the contact of Arun, I started co-ordinating with him. He suggested me with Bombay Presidency Golf Club which was very good in regards with location and capacity. Most important thing,it was under the budget! Noone could have provided such services in this budget. Everything was managed within 3 days. Though Arun wasn’t present in person, he was in constant touch on call co-ordinating with me.

 

• What was the best part of booking through BookEventZ?

The best part was the staggering discounted rates. It was unbelieveable to organize an event at a venue like Bombay Presidency Golf Club with overall budget of 93000/- for 90 people  which consisted everything from decorators, caterers to my personally appointed photographer and DJ.

 

• How did BookEventZ help you in booking other services apart from the venue booking?

I booked vendors like decorators and caterers from BookEventZ. Surprisingly,the suggested decorator costed me just Rs.11000/- whereas the charges of any decorator in the market starts from Rs.25000-30000/- . Even the catering services provided were very good.

 

• How would you sum up your overall experience with BookEventZ?

The overall experience was wonderful.I appreciate the efforts taken by everyone as they were running on toes to organize the event in such a short span and make the event a successful one.
