Convenience: I had no idea about how to go about the entire booking process, I found BookEventz.com through Google. Found it very convenient, especially the chat feature! I had someone responding to my query within 30seconds! Helped me give a direction to my entire search process within minutes!
Rates: I had enquired in a few places individually for booking the venues, mostly the 5 star properties. I found the rates provided compared to the rates provided by BookEventz.com much more competitive and matching my requirements.
Relevancy of Options: I think I couldn’t communicate my requirement that well on the chat. However, once I spoke to the banquet managers for the website, everything was clear and I got options for exactly what I needed.
