The Renaissance Wedding Expo – more like a wedding, and less like an expo! A grand buffet, a chocolate fountain and oh, the decorations! From the sparkly crystal lights to the vibrant flowers, the Expo pulled out all stops to make the night memorable. The graceful dancers danced to the beats of English and Hindi music with equal fervour. Diverse wedding displays such as The ‘Arabian Nights’, ‘White Wedding’ and ‘Royal Heritage’ contrasted one-another beautifully. Delicious Indian food delighted the guests and not just that, an assortment of desserts made the evening all the more sinful. So yes, Vikram Phadnis’s royal fashion show at the Rennaissance Hotel, Powai undoubtedly proved to be a showstopper in itself.
