When we think of Holi, we think of Bhang!

The carnival of colors is unimaginable for many without a sip of their favorite bhang. Be it in lassi or thandai, this preparation of cannabi leaves has become an instant favorite today, and indeed looked upon as a necessary part of these festivals.
So this year, how about you add a playful twist to the the usual bhang preparations. Skip those drinks and prepare some delicious bhang dishes for your guests. From brownies, pakoras to chocolates, here’s some amazingly tempting recipes that you can easily prepare at home.

Go High on Sweets!

Halwa

Nothing beats relishing homemade mithai on festivals. However this Holi, to your usual recipe of halwa add half a cup of cannabi leaves while heating the ghee and there you go, your Bhang Halwa is ready to be served.

Brownie

Not a fan of indian sweets, how about some bhang brownies? Half cup of bhang leaves to the brownie recipe and Tadaa! You have a perfect surprise for your friends to rave about.

Pakora

Make the most desired snack all the more desirable with 10 gms of bhang seed powder and watch the platter get clean as new within minutes.

Chutney

The ultimate Bhang dip! Goes well with most of the snacks and savoury dishes. All you have to do is add 10gm of cannabi seed powder to it and you have a chatpata Bhang Chutney ready to be served.

Sandwich

Planning to prepare a little heavier snack for your guests? Bhang Sandwich is the perfect treat. Sprinkle 1-2 gms of bhang on cheese before you put the sandwich in the microwave for heating.

Imagine your cutting with the shot of bhang. A dash of bhang leaves could do wonders to your masala chai. (Amount of leaves to be added depends upon the number of people being served. 1/4th cup dried leaves crushed can be used for upto 4-5 servings)
