When premiered in India in May 2019, the movie Aladdin made a lot of waves among both children and adults. Thanks to Guy Ritchie’s impeccable skills and Will Smith’s charisma, this movie was one of the most entertaining of its kind released in 2019. No wonder twins Dviti and Diya wanted the magic of an Aladdin theme party on their fifth birthday on 28th December 2019.  And without a hint of doubt, we can say that their birthday was nothing short of magical! 

At West Block Banquet in Sahara Star, a group of 260 bedazzled people gathered to celebrate this adorable pair’s birthday. They received a mystical welcome at the palace-like entryway. The ambience of the world created inside was out worldly. The guests stood in awe of the 3-D and 4-D decor with its funky purple, blue, pink and gold colour palette. Many factors went into making this Aladdin theme party life-sized and straight out of a fairy-tale. 

Here’s what made the evening of 28th December 2019 so special.

Persistent efforts by our trained professionals

Our passionate professionals at BookEventz worked devotedly behind the scenes for over a month. Along with all the efforts that went into the minute details of the event, our designers also created a set of creative e-invitations!

In addition to that, our professionals at the event worked all evening to ensure that everybody present had a gala time. The event had an anchor who kept all the guests occupied and entertained. The anchor also had two assistants to scan through the crowd and encourage the kids to volunteer in various activities. In addition to that, our package offered a magician who stunned the kids with his tricks. There were also three mascots- Aladdin, Jasmine and Genie who were always up for a picture with the excited children! 

In order to keep the kids engaged throughout the evening, there were 2 tattoo artists and caricature artists each. There was also an instant photography booth that was an absolute hit amongst the young ones. In addition to that, there were two professional photographers who adeptly captured most of the memorable events of the evening.  

Food Stalls:

To entertain a group of over 90 kids during a birthday party is no cakewalk. We left no stone unturned when it came to keeping them engaged with food, music and games! There was a popcorn stand, a candy floss stand and a cupcake stand: all things kids adore! These stalls were in demand throughout the event as the kids lined up one after the other to indulge in these scrumptious delicacies. 

Happy Honourees of The Aladdin Theme Party!

The lovable sisters were treated like they were princesses straight out of a fairytale! Their entry took place on a special Aladdin themed cart. They were driven down the hall over a red carpet while their friends and family cheered them on. And all of this took place with the Aladdin theme music on in the background. Talk about attention to detail and an eye for perfection! They then went on to cut the cake with the theme music on in the background. A testament to the success of this Aladdin theme party was the bright smiles on the lovely faces of little Diya and Dviti that never left! After a number of games and endless sweets to treat upon, the kids hit the dance floor. Their energy was, not so surprisingly, through the roof. Thanks to the upbeat music played by our DJ, the adults couldn’t help but follow lead of their little ones.

We never forgot the adults!

While there were endless means of entertainment for the kids, we never forgot their parents! There was a casino table for the parents to have fun at while their kids were off having a gala time. The participation on their behalf was tremendous and there arouse large waves of laughter from the table every now and then. All in all, there was nobody at West Block banquet who wasn’t having the time of their lives!

At the end of this life-sized Aladdin theme party, the kids received fun return gifts to take back home. Leaving this evening with a souvenir was important after all the fun everybody had! And what’s more? Each and every attendee received a thankyou card for gracing the event with their presence.
