2018 surely saw a series of big fat weddings that left us all amazed ! The star-studded Indian weddings of Isha Ambani, Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone have given us #WeddingGoals. So, let ’s look at some highlights seen from these memorable weddings!

Isha Ambani- Anand Piramal Wedding Highlights

Apart from being the most lavish wedding in recent times, Isha Ambani & Anand Piramal’s Wedding also gave us some emotional and personal moments. In the picture below, we see Isha Ambani getting her final touch up with an emotional father in the background.

The bridesmaids at Isha Ambani’s Sangeet Ceremony made the event their own. Here Isha can be seen in a pink Manish Malhotra Lehenga.

The cost of the wedding is estimated to be about seven hundred crore rupees by some people familiar with the planning. While a person close to the family has said that the amount is not more than a hundred and five crores rupees. Whatever may be the cost, the grand decorations took our breath away!

Reportedly, the Ambanis donated enough food sufficient for 5,100 people for a period of four days as a gesture of gratitude towards the city of Udaipur. A ‘Swadeshi Bazaar’ was also set up to showcase products of artisans and encourage local art.

 

 

Priyanka Chopra – Nick Jonas Wedding

Nick’s brother, Joe Jonas posted an emotional message with this picture on his Instagram. He reportedly got overwhelmed with emotions and nearly blacked out when he gave his best man’s toast speech.

As Priyanka walked, a cluster of dreamy clouds followed. Her veil was one of the longest we have seen, a whopping 75 feet! And had to be carried by four people!

 

Priyanka’s mehandi had an image of a guitar on the top of her right hand. It was a tribute to her hubby Nick who is a musician. She also shows off her Mangal Sutra with a trillian-cut solitaire and her cushion-cut engagement ring.

Deepika – Ranveer Wedding Highlights

The newlyweds hosted their Wedding Reception on Wednesday just having their regal wedding. They wore color-coordinated outfits in ivory and gold. The Actress wore a traditional wedding choora and sindoor.

 

Ranveer and Deepika reportedly did more than 20 food tastings in order to perfect the taste for their esteemed guest. They ran from caterer to caterer and scheduled their gym appointments accordingly.

As images started pouring in, we got to learn of more #WeddingGoals. Here is a color-coordinated Padukone family.

Recently, Deepika and Ranveer threw a Mumbai reception for the B-Town folk. Deepika wore a red colored gown with a long trail. Ranveer Singh looked dapper in a black velvet suit which he teamed up with funky black frames.
