Ranveer and Deepika got married at Italy’s beautiful Lake Como on the 14th & 15th  of November 2018. On the first day, they had rituals according to Konkani customs while on the second day they had a traditional Anand Karaj.

After returning from Italy, Deepika and Ranveer had their first wedding reception in Bengaluru for family relatives and close friends at Bengaluru’s Leela Palace.

Deepika looked beautiful as always in a shimmery gold saree and full-sleeved white blouse, which her mother Ujjala Padukone bought from Angadi Galleria, an exclusive store for handloom weaves in Bengaluru. She teamed it up with stunning uncut emerald jewellery, sindoor, bold red lips and a gajra bun

Ritika Bhavnani’s DeepVeer Party

Post their grand wedding reception in Bengaluru, Ranveer Singh‘s sister Ritika Bhavnani hosted a grand party for the duo for which Ranveer and Deepika opted for quirky ensembles.

Ranveer, who is known for his eccentric choice of clothing, wore a stunning gothic Manish Malhotra  fluorescent coloured outfit made of pure leather and handmade embroidery

Deepika was seen wearing a beautiful gorgeous Sabyasachi Mukherjee lehenga with pink and red rose motifs and a plunging neckline. She accessorized it with a heavy statement necklace and a set of beautiful bangles.

DeepVeer Mumbai Reception for Family and Close Friends

Newlyweds Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone on 28 November hosted a party for family friends and select media persons.

Deepika looked like an absolute dream in the white and golden sequinned chikankari saree with a heavy chunni covering her head with traditional red chooda, sindoor and fairly muted makeup complete with a nude lip and shimmery eyes.

DeepVeer Mumbai Reception for the B-Town

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s reception in Mumbai took place at Grand Hyatt on 1st December. It was a star-studded event that witnessed a bevvy of celebrities including the Bachchan family, Ambani family, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Shahrukh Khan and many others.  The dress code for the evening was black tie.

Deepika was dressed up in a red embellished gown by Zuhair Murad with a long train and a sexy deep neckline. Deepika paired up the sexy outfit with red stilettos which beautifully completed the outfit.

She soon traded her stilettos for a comfy and cute pair of sneakers and also ditched the long trail for an adorable jumper that hid underneath the ballroom gown.
