En Route Bar-O-Scope
May 18, 2013On May 13, we had announced to you about our much awaited Bar-O-Scope Bartending workshop that we have planned at Grillopolis, Andheri West. Ever since we got a final approval from Mr. Sahil, who is the owner of Grillipolis, we have been doing a lot of running around to make this event an epic success. The first thing that we did was to make an agenda for the event which would be both knowledgeable and enjoyable for the participants. We are doing such a huge event for the first time and we were kinda lost on what all we should include for the event. But luckily and thankfully we got some really valuable insights from the bartenders at Grillopolis who were kind enough to help us with the kind of activities, drinks and food that the participants would look forward to.
Once the agenda for the event and the food menu for the buffet were in place, we sat down at our office in Andheri to decide how to go about marketing the event to make the people aware about the awesome workshop that’s going to happen in their city. Fun with learning was our design and content idea, so we planned and produced all the marketing elements based on this idea. We designed images and made a lot of write-ups for our social media channels to help us spread the message. We also sat with our designing team to freeze the look and feel of the marketing collaterals like tent cards, banners etc. The marketing on social media has already gone live and the offline banners will be up by the start of the next week. We are also working on a video for this event; we are brainstorming for some really good content for this. We have also designed newsletter for all our signed up users on our website which should reach them very shortly, it has all the required information about the workshop.
There is still a small speculation on who will be taking the bartending sessions for the event. So, most probably by the next blog we will be sure enough to announce you the name of the bartender and the exact time of the event. The way the things are shaping up for the event, it is surely going to be a roaring success and the participants are going to have a ball of a time. The entry fee for the event is Rs: 1500 and this will cover all your alcohol and food expenses, now this event looks even more exciting right?
