The Power Couple Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra recently threw a Halloween Party for their son Viaan and his friends which was organised by BookEventz. Kids and Adults arrived dressed up in spooky costumes. The party became unforgettable as the theme of Halloween was carefully strewn in the decor, food and activities.
The old festival of Halloween is based on the philosophy of converting our demons into angels using just a cheerful smile! It teaches kids about the impermanence of life and creates a jovial social environment. The motto of the Party was, ‘Be Spooky!’
The front doors of the Kundra Mansion were decorated with stuff from scary nightmares. The red lighting made it look like as if one was about to enter the Devil’s own Cave. A hanging skeleton interfered whenever someone ventured to open the door.
The cute cartoon ghosts were complemented by the eerie electric blue cave lighting. Aliens, angry pumpkins, grave rejects, flying blanketed souls and many more ghosts were seen as part of the celebration.
The food was decorated in accordance with the theme. The kids’ favourite cupcakes were made to look like cute passport photographs of skulls. Pumpkins were chiselled to remind the guests of spookiness. The spread included French Fries, Puddings, Cakes, Chocolates and ice-creams apart from the main course. The Queen Bee of the house, Shilpa Shetty herself could not keep herself off from posing in character with the tasty delights. delicious
The kids played a number of Halloween themed games with their parents. This game in progress is called the Toilet Paper Mummy game. To win the game, a parent has to fully cover his or her child with toilet paper, to make them look like Egyptian Mummies. The fastest one wins!
Spooky music was played by the DJ in keeping with the theme. The kids were encouraged to dance to express themselves as haunted souls. They howled and yowled pretty convincingly to their parents’ surprise!
The conclusion of another successful event gives immense pleasure to the BookEventZ team. For more pictures of the event, Click Here.
