Yami and Aditya: An Intimate and a Very Elegant Wedding

Actor Yami Gautam and filmmaker Aditya Dhar announced that they got married in an intimate wedding ceremony on Friday. Yami and Aditya who worked together on the blockbuster movie Uri shared the news in a statement posted on their social media handles.

From Neha Kakkar, Yuzvendra Chahal to Varun Dhawan, we have seen a lot of celebrity weddings this season. Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar’s wedding came as a shock to all of us. Usually, celebrity weddings are a grand affair and have the attendance of eminent members of the film fraternity. They celebrated the joyous occasion with their immediate family.

Also, they sought the blessings and good wishes of all their fans and family, as we embarked on the journey of love and friendship. Yami and Aditya shared the same wedding picture. Both of them looked gorgeous for the ceremony. Yami shared a few pictures from her Mehendi ceremony the next day on her insta account.

Yami Gautam wore a mango coloured silk suit. While the writer-director can be seen in navy blue attire. She flaunts her minimal makeup, red lipstick, and little eye makeup. Her braided hair, dainty nose pin, and traditional jhumkas are simple, delicate, and super elegant. Moreover, the modest mehendi design on her hand with red nail paint is very graceful. The beautiful smile on Yami’s face was a cherry on top.

Yami and Aditya got married in a traditional and classic ceremony. They tied the knot in presence of their immediate family. The actress left all her fans and the whole B-Town amazed when she shared her wedding pictures. Furthermore, she looked exquisite in a red saree with intricate and heavy borders. Aditya looked no less in a white embroidered sherwani.  The gold choker, maang-tikka, jhumka, and nose ring with pearls worn by Yami were etheral.

Few other images emerged online. Some photos show the couple at their wedding mandap, surrounded by family and photographers. In one particular image, Yami can be sitting in a gorgeous red dress with amazing red bangles. And, one family member can be seen tying anklets on the actress’s feet.

An unknown source revealed that their love story started on the sets of Uri. They surely managed to keep their relationship a secret for quite some time. The couple received a lot of love and affection from their friends as well as their fans. Many Bollywood stars including Shobhita Dhupalia, Vaani Kapur and Dia Mirza.
