No, the advance payment is not refundable. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible. The cancellation policy is simple wherein you will have to pay a certain cancellation charge and your event shall be canceled.

How far in advance should I book your services?

I recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 3-6 months in advance, to ensure my availability. However, I strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

What happens if you are unable to plan the event?

In the rare event that an event planner is unable to attend, we will do our best to provide a suitable replacement. If a replacement cannot be arranged, we won’t demand more money from you. However, the advance payment will not be refunded.
